Think of all the amazing benefits breast milk has for your baby and imagine what breast milk can do for a pre-term baby.  For many pre-term babies, the mother and/or baby may not be ready for breastfeeding right away (meaning the mother may not be making enough milk yet or the baby may not be able to nurse at the breast yet).
